Products Introduction
TAL100 tunable semiconductor laser amplifier (TSLA) is a device for coherent amplification of light based on principle of stimulated emission amplification[1]. TSLA mainly consists of an amplifier chip and an electrical driver. The semiconductor amplifier chip is structured of heterodiode material in tapered configuration. It could boost the seed light power with single path by a factor of approximately 100 while retaining the favorable spectral properties of the master laser, such as polarization, lindwidth and laser frequency etc. The output power of TSLA is proportional to the injection current while input light intensity is fixed. TSLA can provid wide gain bandwidth, which possesses good tuning property. TAL100 tunable semiconductor laser amplifier has been well designed by Peking University and Uin-Quanta Technology Co., Ltd, it takes the advantages in small size, easy adjustment, wide tunable range, integration available etc[2]. To obtain the high quality output of TAL100, the master laser UQEL100 is recommended.
